We employ a skilled and committed team led by our Practice Business Manager, Jackie Cluer, who is supported by her Deputy, the Patient Services Manager, Pam Batchelor. We also have an IT/Data Manager, a Practice Assistant (Finance), and a team of administrators, receptionists and secretaries. The administration team cover a wide range of activities involved in running the practice including patient care, safety, HR, finance, building maintenance, IT, clinic organisation and patient communication.
We also employ a Pharmacist, Jackie Smith, who oversees the Dispensary (where there is a part time dispenser) and works alongside our clinicians on a range of prescribing matters.
Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the Practice and are your initial point of contact for all general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the appointments with the GPs and nurses for patients. They also perform other important tasks such as arranging repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries.
